• Develop design concepts and approaches.
• Art direct all phases of creative work from concept through production.
• Work closely with the production and pre-press staff in overseeing pages through to final ship.
• Manage a small team of designers.
• Interviewed and hired freelance designers.

is published four times a year and is sold on newsstands.
